Our delicious coffee is processed in finca Santa Emilia located at Planes, Santa Maria, La Paz Honduras.
Our premises have an altitude of 1420 meters on sea level.
Cultivation: Coffee is grown in tropical and subtropical regions. Coffee plants require suitable climate, altitude, soil, and special care.
Harvesting: Coffee cherries ripen on the plant and are harvested either by hand or by machines.
It is important to select only ripe cherries for the best quality.
Each bean has been hand selected to ensure that only the best are included.
Processing: Coffee cherries are processed to separate the pulp and obtain the beans. This can be done through either wet or dry methods.
Grinding – Roasted beans are ground to achieve the desired particle size based on the desired brew method, such as espresso, filter, or French press.
